Voting Question: Bloody nose help? Not to treat but what to do.?

I've been having bloody noses since I was a child,happen all the time randomly. They usually just come and go within a few minutes,but the last year or so they've gotten increasingly worse.At first I thought it was the head and dry air from living in Arizona,but they even happened when I went to visit Fairfax,CA which is literally right next to San Francisco Bay. It was really cool and humid there,so I guessed it wasn't where I was living. Like I said though,they've gotten increasingly worse lately... Sometimes the start with really bad headaches,or they leave me feeling dizzy and light headed. They happen a lot more and last for longer/bleed more. I've also noticed they are really easily triggered now rather than a random occurrence. I don't know if it's bad or not,but I'm sick of bleeding everywhere. I've gone through a whole roll of paper towels in the last 2 days trying to hold all the blood that comes from my nose. Any suggestions on what to do? Or ideas on what it is?
